A pre-production sample must be produced before full scale production commences. POS Design accepts no liability for any loss that may be incurred due to failure to make a pre-production sample.
POS Design will not be held liable for dies that do not function correctly where a third party has amended the die.
All designs and work done by POS Design shall remain the property of POS Design until paid for in full.
